About Me
Hallo! My name is Sara, and German has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It all started in kindergarten, when my parents enrolled me in a German school—a decision that, unbeknownst to anyone at the time, would turn out to be one of the best things that ever happened to me. I continued to study German as my native language through middle and high school, and along the way I earned the Deutsche Sprachdiplom 1 and 2, reaching the C1 level.
Experience
German isn’t my only linguistic love. I have a genuine passion for foreign languages in general—now, in college, I’m studying English and Japanese. I believe that every language opens a window to a new world, with its own logic, its own music, and its own way of seeing things.
I know German has a reputation for being difficult, and I understand why many are intimidated at first glance. That’s exactly why I wanted to teach: to show that, beyond grammatical cases and long words, German has a unique beauty and that, with the right guidance, it can even become enjoyable.
